This is true canvas—substantial, breathable, and far superior to the polyester, Oxford, or Chinese fabrics used in most awnings and wall kits on the NZ market. Unlike plastic-based fabrics that trap heat and humidity, this canvas creates a comfortable, usable space that won’t turn into a stifling greenhouse.

However, use common sense with wall kits:
If wind increases and the canvas begins flapping excessively, take the wall kit down before damage occurs. Walls should always come down before the awning in strong winds.
