Very generously proportioned, the Xplor measures 2.3m long by 1.5m wide, offering a useable interior/mattress that's 2.2m long by 1.38m wide. These generous internal dimensions exceed even the external dimensions of many clamshell roof tents on the market! Perfect for taller people and those desiring a signficiant uplift in spaciousness inside a clamshell design roof tent. But it's not just the length and width measurements that count, the design of the Xplor offers a tremendous gain in internal volume.
 
The Xplor will cater to tall people in a way most clamshell designs on market can't. It offers supreme space for a couple, but we think it may well prove big enough to suit some small family secnarios conisting of mum, dad and child.
 
In keeping with the roof tents Xpeditionz markets, the supreme quality of materials, mattress and insulation in top and bottom shells puts the Xplor in a league other brands sold in NZ market can't compare to. The canvas is EEZI-AWN's proven dual layered 260gsm core spun, telfon coated poly-cotton canvas. The SABS approved mattress is 80mm thick - up to twice as thick as on many tents.
 
The sloped shell is aerodynamic and ready for carrying roof loads, with mounting tracks welded on top. Mount solar panels, load bars or racks.
 
In fair weather the fly can be unzipped, rolled and stowed out of the way at the top, giving an unobstructed view.
