This is a seriously insulated tent. Inside the base is 20mm of foam insulation, then a marine plywood floor, followed by a thick carpet. Cheaper roof tents do not offer this construction. Proper insulation offers far superior thermal performance and real-world comfort in all climates.
 
The Sabre features EEZI-AWN’s proven 340gsm core spun polycotton canvas. A world leading quality of canvas offering tangibly superior thermal performance. Don’t underestimate the difference this quality of canvas makes! EEZI-AWN’s canvas is known to be capable of lasting decades.
 
No polyester - not even the fly! EEZI-AWN fly sheets are constructed from UV stable, reinforced PVC. Longer lasting performanace, and replaceable in need.
 
Fitted with EEZI-AWN’s thicker SABS approved mattress.
 
In the ceiling you’ll find permanently wired National Luna brand LED lighting and USB charging points for your phone or tablet.
 
Photos can't do the Sabre justice. Despite being so small in transit, the Sabre offers a generously spacious interior when set up. You have ample height right through the tent, and very generous sleeping proportions. Tall people will love this.

Because of its compact size, it frees up space on the vehicle’s roof and is assembled with a one-piece hinge mechanism on the side.
 
Gas struts set up the tent in seconds. The ladder is stored on top of the fold-out platform inside the tent and comes equipped with internal LED Light, Two storage pockets, a USB Port and a 70mm high-density laminated mattress. Our K9 track system is attached to the top of the tent for k9 accessories, load bars or a solar panel bracket.
